Each week we’ll address a common question that we get from customers.

We hope you find this new edition of Naturecast Health Alerts informative.

Young at Heart Vs. Eradicator

Naturecast has two different all natural nutritional products that can significantly assist in protecting you against some of the major health threats that we face as we age, but each one is quite different.

In recent years researchers have made remarkable strides in identifying different markers in the body that can indicate potential heart health problems.

This has allowed scientists to zero in and find ways to reverse various body compositions through natural substances. By reversing these trends the risk of heart trouble can greatly be reduced before they ever develop.

With heart troubles being the number one killer in the United States, and all of this compelling research, Naturecast had it’s R & D team create an all natural supplement that would be packed with nutrients that have been proven to improve these markers that indicate possible cardiovascular difficulties.

We believe that the product we’ve come up is the finest combination of powerful natural substances available to improve your heart health. We’ve named it “Young at Heart” because while the majority of our readers are middle aged and seniors we believe that our readers are young at heart. So, they should be entitled to reap the benefits of modern science and get all of the incredible health benefits from “Young at Heart.”

How Eradicator Differs From Young at Heart

Over the last year we have noticed that there has been a trend toward large quantities of research being devoted to blood sugar levels.

At first, we thought this was strictly because of the alarming increase in the number of people suffering from diabetes.

But, we began to observe that many of the top research facilities are now identifying significant negative health risks for people who are not diabetic but have blood sugar levels that are on the rise.

For example, a study done by Harvard University and which was published in the peer reviewed, Nature Medicine concluded that high blood sugar levels are related to the severity of strokes.

Additionally, high blood sugar levels have been identified with heart health, increased risk of multiple types of cancers and even in reduced Human Growth Hormone (HGH) levels just to name a few.

Multiple study results indicate that in today’s society, it’s very difficult to avoid high blood sugar levels with the fast food, manufactured foods, sugar infused foods, etc. In fact according to Macrobiotics.com “today the average person consumes his/her weight in sugar, plus over 20 pounds of corn syrup.”

Yet, cutting edge medical practitioners are becoming more convinced than ever that controlling high blood sugar levels may be the key to unlocking incredible leaps of growth in protecting and improving people’s health.

So, while Eradicator and Young at Heart may offer cardiovascular health benefits, Eradicator does it focusing on helping your own body control your blood sugar long before you might become diabetic.

With all of the compelling research indicating that managing your blood sugar can drastically affect the outcome of your life, you should take a look at this report on Eradicator by clicking right here.

Have a healthy day,

Large Waistline Can Add 63% to Your Risk

NEW YORK  –  A new study adds to the evidence that being overweight can increase your colon cancer risk.

According to Cancer.org excluding skin cancers, colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in both men and women in the United States.

The good news is that there are many steps you can take to protect yourself naturally.

For instance in a study reported in the American Journal of Epidemiology researchers determined the obesity may greatly add to your risk. Additionally, the researchers also suggest that exercise could be an important element in reducing risk, especially for women.

The study included more than 120,000 Dutch adults ages 55 to 69 who were followed for 16 years. Researchers found that for men who were significantly overweight or obese had a 25% higher risk compared with normal weight men.

Additionally, the waist size also proved of critical importance with this startling result. The men with the largest waist size had a 63 percent greater risk of colorectal cancer than men who were the slimmest.

The findings were slightly different among women, though. A large waistline was only linked to a higher cancer risk in women who also got little exercise (less than 30 minutes per day).

Women who had larger than a size 16 waistline and got little exercise were 83 percent more likely to develop colon cancer than women who had smaller waistlines and exercised more than 90 minutes per day.

This study “provides further evidence that excess body fat may contribute to a higher risk of colorectal cancer.” Lead researcher Laura A.E. Hughes, of Maastricht University in the Netherlands said. “One of our most intriguing observations was that abdominal fat was associated with colorectal cancer in women only when combined with low exercise levels.”

In a previous article Naturecast published regarding reducing the risk for colon cancer it was found that eating broccoli, kale, cauliflower, turnips and cabbage, appeared to reduce the risk of cancer in the upper colon, while both total fruit and vegetable intake (and total vegetable intake alone) reduced the risk of cancer in the lower colon.

With this new study indicating that obesity may greatly increase your risk of colon cancer you may want to make sure that your weight is within a normal range as well possibly following the dietary suggestions above.
