Cardio V. Muscle

Dear Reader,

Welcome to the Sunday edition of the weekly featured product.

Because we have one of the world’s largest varieties of different genres of instructional exercise and health improvement DVDs and a large number of natural supplements, sometimes customers have questions about the differences of various products.

Each week we’ll address a common question that we get from customers.

We hope you find this new edition of Naturecast Health Alerts informative.

What is the Difference Between Krav Maga: The Lean Muscle Builder Program and Krav Maga Cardio?

Krav Maga was previously a secretive martial art developed by the Israeli army.

However, when other law enforcement and military agencies like the F.B.I. saw a demonstration of it, they immediately dispatched agents to go there and learn it.   Now, it’s used by elite military forces and law enforcement agencies around the world.

Besides being an exceptionally effective martial art that quickly makes both men and women highly proficient combatants, it also has the side benefit that it gets them into superb shape with clever training techniques that don’t require the same mundane and overly strenuous traditional exercises.

With that in mind we decided that we’d love to make this extraordinary training system available to Naturecast readers. So, we found a martial arts expert named Damian Robinson who agreed to create customized courses that average folks and even people who hadn’t exercised much lately would be able to do.

The only remaining question was to decide on which area of conditioning we would focus on. That’s because there are two different but equally important types of exercise that people need to do to be fit and healthy.

First, there is muscle resistance exercise. This kind of exercise builds lean muscle and is very important because as people age they begin to shed muscle. Without doing muscle resistance exercise a person can lose quite a bit of strength and mobility.

The second kind of exercise is cardiovascular exercise. This kind of exercise is what helps keep your heart and lungs strong. Without doing cardiovascular exercise a person is at a much higher risk of things like stroke and heart attack as well as obesity.

With them being equally important, we decided to have Damian create two different programs based on these ingenious Israeli techniques. One focused on muscle building and one on cardio conditioning.

So, if either one of these types of exercise are of interest and you might be interested in doing some different but highly effective types of exercise, you should read the details about either or both programs.
